That's right. Fred Thompson and Barack Obama are currently the leaders in South Carolina's early primary poll. The survey, by Mason-Dixon, shows Republican Thompson (25%) leading Giuliani (21%) by 4 points, exactly 0.8 points less than the margin of error. Thompson, an actor and former senator from Tennessee, hasn't even declared his candidacy.  read more »
